Hamilton Brooks are an independent Estate Agency established in 1994. Our aim is to provide our customers in the City of London with a high level of personal service with a friendly and individual approach.

Glen A Cook founded and built Hamilton Brooks into the successful company it is today, having previously worked with Goddard & Smith in the West End from 1987 to 1994 providing Estate Agency services for the West End and City, whilst also acting under the Goddard & Smith umbrella as Valuation Surveyor for the Corporation of London advising on Right to Buy values in several of the Estates owned by the Corporation of London including the Barbican.

Our office has over Thirty Years experience directly related to the Sale and Letting of property in the City of London and in particular the Barbican and Golden Lane Estates.

Hamilton Brooks are retained by the City Of London to act as Letting Agents on any vacant residentail units in the entire Barbican Complex.

Hamilton Brooks were chosen to act for United House in the sale of 69 new residentail units at Frobisher Crescent, the biggest single advance the Barbican has been for over 30 Years. Completion October 2009.

Our current City of London residential sales team has the combined experience of more than 30 years’ dealings specifically  in the Barbican complex – my own first sale here was in May 1987 and this will be my twenty first year of residential sales in the City of London. 

This experience puts us in the privileged position of being able to give sound, market driven advice, ground floor hands on knowledge of specifically the Barbican Centre, advice which is listened too, acting & relied upon time and time again by the many of the leading City of London professionals for whom we act.
